The amount of payments should not exceed 10% of the amount required for payment (for amounts up to 1000 tenge, the allowable overpayment is 100 tenge)
Term of services
1 stage: the notice of delivery or of refusal in delivery of permission – within 8 (eight) working days;
2 stage: delivery of permission – within 11 (eleven) working days from which the service recipient within 10 (ten) working days presents to the service provider of the copy of documents, the permissions confirming introduction of charge for delivery
within the internal translation – 6 working days

The application for this service is submitted through the elicense.kz and through integration interaction is sent (for processing) to the information system "Foreign Labor Force" (AIS FL) of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan. If you have any questions about the provision of the service, please contact the authorized state body. In addition, we inform that after the service is provided by the state body, the result goes to the personal account on elicense.kz portal.

- An application in the form of an electronic document, certified by the EDS of a service recipient (necessarily )(Data form)
- The documents on the involved foreign workers confirming their qualification: 1) notarially testified copies or the translations (if the document isn't completed in the state or Russian languages) the documents on education legalized in the order established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan except for the cases provided by the international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan which have come into force; 2) information on work of the worker (in the presence of qualification requirements for length of service for the corresponding profession) with application of written confirmation on work of the worker on the official form of the employer for which earlier the worker worked, or other supporting documents recognized in the Republic of Kazakhstan (necessarily , job specifications )
- Information on local content in shots according to point 6 of Rules and conditions of delivery and (or) extension of permissions to employers to involvement of foreign labor and also implementation of the internal translation (further – Rules). At involvement of foreign labor on priority projects, the employer provides information on local content in shots for priority projects according to point 7 of Rules (necessarily , job specifications )
- Information confirming payment for the provision of public service through the payment gateway of "e-government" (necessarily )(Data form)
- A notarized copy (with transfer to the state or Russian languages) of the contract for performance of works, rendering of services in the scanned form (optional , job specifications )
