The application for this service is submitted through the elicense.kz and through integration interaction is sent (for processing) to the information system "Foreign Labor Force" (AIS FL) of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan. If you have any questions about the provision of the service, please contact the authorized state body. In addition, we inform that after the service is provided by the state body, the result goes to the personal account on elicense.kz portal.

- Information on recruited foreign emplyees showing full name (in latin letters as well), date of birth, citizenship, passport number, date and the body of issue (ID card), country of residence, departure country, education, name of profession, qualification (position) in correspondence with practiced in the Republic of Kazakhstan Qualificative reference book of positions of directors, experts and other workers, standard qualificative characteristics of positions of directors, experts and other workers of organization, United wage rate reference book of works and professions of employees and “Job Classificatory” the State Classificatory of the Republic of Kazakhstan 01-99 confirming by central authorized body
- Documents on recruited foreign employees confirming their qualification: 1) notarized translations of documents about education in scanned version legalized under the current statutory procedure of the Republic of Kazakhstan except in cases provided by operational international agreements of the Republic of Kazakhstan (copies, if the document completed in state or Russian language); 2) information about labor activity of employee (having qualified requirements for length of work by relevant profession) with enclosure in scanned version of written confirmation about labor activity of employee on the official blank of employer, for whom the employee used to work before, or other supporting documents recognized in the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Notarized copy of labor agreement made between foreign employer and recruited foreign employee in scanned version (with translation into state or Russian languages)
- Notarized copy of contract on work delivery, provision of services in scanned version (with translation into state or Russian languages)
- Information about local content in personnel
- Notarized copy of agreement, contract of employer on work delivery, provision of services on the territory of other administrative territorial units in scanned version
