- A document confirming payment of state fee (license fee) in the manner and amount prescribed by the laws of the State Party to be charged for the license(Data form)
- Electronic copy of the foreign trade agreement (contract), applications, and (or) additions to it (for a single license), and in the absence of trade agreement (contract) - a copy of a document confirming the intent of the Parties
- A copy of the certificate of the applicant's registration with the tax authorities certified by the seal and signature of the applicant
- A copy of the license for a licensed activity
- Other documents provided in the Order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 30, 2015 No. 67.
