Electronic copy of the contract for the storage of weapons at centralized storage points, in case of absence of conditions for the storage of weapons at the actual place of residence (optional , job specifications )
The certificate of the hunter established by the authorized body in the field of protection, reproduction and use of the animal world, in accordance with the form according to annex 1 to Order No. 60, in the case of issuing a hunter's certificate in electronic form is indicated in the form of information, with the exception of weapons acquired by citizens for self-defense without the right to carry (optional , job specifications )
An electronic copy of the medical report on the absence of contraindications to the possession of weapons established by the authorized body in the field of health, in form No. 076/y, approved by order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020 №ҚR DSM-175/2020 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 21579). Military personnel of the Armed Forces, other troops and military formations, employees of special state and law enforcement agencies, with the exception of state fire service bodies with special ranks and class ranks (when providing a document with a certified seal and signature of an authorized person from the place of service), they receive permission to purchase civilian weapons without submitting a medical report on the absence of contraindications to possession of weapons (necessarily , job specifications )
Electronic copy of the certificate of registration of the athlete with indication of the category not lower than the candidate for master of sports related to shooting, according to the form according to annex 2 approved by order of the Chairman of the Agency for Sports and Physical Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 28, 2014 No. 295 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 9673) confirming the athlete's registration with the republican, regional accredited sports federation in sports and confirming the status of a citizen regularly engaged in sports shooting (when purchasing weapons for sports) (optional , job specifications )
Electronic copy of act on control bullets and shell calibration of purchased hunting smooth-bore gun received in case of primary purchasing of the gun in shop and in case of further reregistration – each 5 year to internal affairs body (optional , job specifications )
Information confirming payment for the provision of public service through the payment gateway of "e-government" (necessarily )(Data form)
