- Electronic copy of document confirming the payment to the license tax budget, except for payment via Portal of e-government getaway server(Data form)
- The electronic copy of the statute (notary certified in case of not submitting the originals for verification) and reference about the state registration (reregistration) of legal body applicant – for legal bodies (this information is derived by obtaining from the state database of MJ RK)
- Application in the form of electronic document certified by e-digital signature of service receiver (formed electronically)(Data form)
- The electronic copy of the contract of protection of the room for storage of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors by the private security organizations, except for protected by Armed Forces, other troops and military formations, irrespective of form of ownership
- The electronic copy of the document, the confirming property rights or other legal basis provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the employment contract (rent), sublease of the room, in case of encumbrance of real estate the copy of the contract of pledge certified by the press of banking institution)
