In accordance with the Rules for Maintaining and Using the Register of Business Entities (Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 28, 2015 No. 1091), information on the categories of business entities is formed on the basis of average annual income for 2017-2019 and the number of employees for 2019. A certificate on the category of business entities registered in 2020/2021 will be posted on the portal "electronic licensing" after December 15, 2021/2022. According to article 6 of the Law "On State Registration of Legal Entities and Accounting Registration of Branches and Representations," when State registration of a legal entity belonging to a private enterprise subject, the subject independently determines the category in accordance with the criteria of the private enterprise subject established by the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and indicates it in the application.
