- Application in the form of electronic document certified by e-digital signature of service receiver (formed electronically)(Data form)
- Documentary proof of sold objects according to qualification requirements, which is attached in the form of an electronic copy to an electronic request
- Copy of the license or the corresponding permit document of the foreign State having the appropriate assurance for foreign persons for the object activity, which in the form of an electronic copy is attached to the electronic request
- Availability of Engineering and Technical Officer Certificate
- Information about administrative and household premises
- Other requirements (filled in when obtaining and re-issuing licenses of Category I and Category II)
