- Documentary proof of sold objects according to qualification requirements, which is attached in the form of an electronic copy to an electronic request
- Availability of Engineering and Technical Officer Certificate
- Information about administrative and household premises
- Information on administrative and production buildings and premises necessary for performance of the declared types of works, subspecies of the licensed type of activity
- Other requirements (filled in when obtaining and re-issuing licenses of Category I and Category II)
- Information on material and technical equipment
- A copy of a license or a corresponding permitting document of a foreign state, which has a corresponding certification for foreign persons for construction and installation work, which in the form of an electronic copy is attached to an electronic request
