- An application in the form of an electronic document, in accordance with Apenndix 8 to standard of public service, certified by the EDS of a service recipient (necessarily , job specifications )(Data form)
- An electronic copy of the document confirming the change in the name of the subject, the change in the name of the location address without the physical movement of the inspection object (with the exception of information that can be obtained from the relevant information systems) (optional , job specifications )
For individual entrepreneurs
