- Copies of letters of approval issued by an authorized body for land relations, a positive statement of state environmental and sanitary and epidemiological examination for land remediation project (upon exploration of solid minerals) (optional , job specifications )
- Copies of letters of approval for a liquidation project developed and approved pursuant to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan (upon extraction of solid minerals) (optional , job specifications )
- Permit for special water use within the limits of the territory of the subsoil area defined by the contract, obtained in accordance with the water legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (optional , job specifications )
- An inspection report or an act of return of the entire contract territory, confirming the absence of the need for liquidation work (if there is no need for liquidation work) (optional , job specifications )
- Act on rectification of the consequences of subsoil use operations (in case of consequences rectification after exploration operations) (optional , job specifications )
