- Rules for implementation of payment institution activities approved by a payment institution management (necessarily )
- Application in form according to Annex 1 to the Rules of Organization of Payment Organizations Activities, approved by Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 215 of August 31, 2016 (necessarily )(Data form)
- A copy of the diploma(s) of a head (member) of an executive body of payment organization (necessarily )
