- Copies of certificates of at least four energy auditors in the field of energy conservation and energy efficiency (necessarily , job specifications )
- Copies of documents confirming the presence in the state of four energy auditors, certified by the authorized body (necessarily , job specifications )
- Copies of approved curricula and plans in accordance with approved curricula and plans in coordination with the authorized body in the field of education (necessarily , job specifications )
- Copies of diplomas of higher education of two teachers, including at least one teacher with a degree not lower than the candidate (master) of technical sciences (necessarily , job specifications )
- Copies of documents confirming the presence of two teachers in the staff (necessarily , job specifications )
- Copies of documents confirming the existence on the right of ownership or on another lawful basis of the training cabinet, computers (necessarily , job specifications )
- Copies of the documents confirming possession on the property right or on other legal ground of information and measuring complexes and technical means according to the list of the information and measuring complexes and technical means approved by authorized body (necessarily , job specifications )
