The application for this service is submitted through the elicense.kz and through integration interaction is sent (for processing) to the information and analytical system "Transport Database" (IAS TDB) of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. - Notary certified copy of agreement of the vessel lease (necessarily , job specifications )
- Copy of document confirming ownership right of the vessel (necessarily , job specifications )
- Written permission of the vessel owner and pledgeholder of the registered mortgage loans of vessel or incumbrance on it for transfer the vessel under the State flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan (necessarily , job specifications )
- Document issued by the authorized body where the vessel is registered directly before the change of a flag and confirming that navigation right under the flag of that government is discontinued for the term of provision navigation right to the vessel under the State flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan (necessarily , job specifications )
- An application in the form of an electronic document, certified by the EDS of a service recipient (necessarily )(Data form)
- Information confirming payment for the provision of public service through the payment gateway of "e-government" (necessarily )(Data form)
