- In the case of project documents on construction and (or) operation of the category III objects and other project documents necessary for preparing declaration about influence on environment: project documentation including the section “Environmental protection” (necessarily )
- Application for state environmental examination for category III facilities, in electronic form, signed by the EDS of the service recipient, according to the form according to Annex 2 to this Regulation (necessarily )(Data form)
