The state service is provided on a paid basis to legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the applicant), in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Use of the Airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Aviation Activities" and the List of paid services of an authorized organization in the field of civil aviation and payment rates in the field of civil aviation.

- The specification of a copy of the aircraft which has to contain the short technical specification, schematic diagrams of systems, the main characteristics and also the expected service conditions and restrictions in which range the aircraft copy will be certified (necessarily , job specifications )
- Types of aircraft in three projections or photographs in different angles: front, side, rear (necessarily , job specifications )
- Primary payment documents confirming the legality of the acquisition of an aircraft or assembly set, engine, propeller, units and components (necessarily , job specifications )
- Request for certification of a civil aircraft unit (necessarily )
