- The electronic copy of the certificate of conformity or the written notice of the manufacturer (producer) that the ozone-depleting substances produced by it and (or) production containing ozone-depleting substances meet the requirements of documents according to which they are made
- The electronic copy of the existing insurance policy of insurance of freights or other document provided by the legislation of the member state of the Union confirming providing with the applicant who is carrying out import of ozone-depleting substances and (or) production containing ozone-depleting substances, guarantees in case of causing damage to health of the person and the environment
- In case of import utilized and (or) the recycled ozone-depleting substances the electronic copy of the agreement (contract) with the organization on implementation of restoration of ozone-depleting substances (it is represented in case restoration is carried out not by the applicant) and confirmation of presence at the organization which plans to carry out restoration of ozone-depleting substances, the installation conforming to the established requirements
- In case of import utilized and (or) the recycled ozone-depleting substances the electronic copy of the agreement (contract) with the organization on implementation of destruction of ozone-depleting substances (it is represented in case destruction is carried out not by the applicant) and confirmation of presence at the organization which plans to carry out destruction of ozone-depleting substances, the installation for destruction corresponding to the technologies of destruction of ozone-depleting substances approved by Decisions of the Parties of the Montreal protocol
- In case of import of ozone-depleting substances for use as raw materials the electronic copy of the letter of the applicant, the confirming use of ozone-depleting substances only as raw materials for production of ozone-safe chemicals, or the copy of the agreement (contract) with the organization which will use ozone-depleting substances only as raw materials for production of ozone-safe chemicals
- The electronic copy of the data confirming that movement of ozone-depleting substances is carried out in a container of repeated use in case the legislation of the member state of the Union has established the ban on import (export) of ozone-depleting substances in a container of single use
- The electronic copy of the contract on rendering intermediary services (in case the intermediary acts as the applicant)
For individuals
