- Electronic copies of title documents of the premises required for the collection of banknotes, coins and valuables specified in paragraph 2 (1) of the Regulations
- Electronic copies of certificates on registration of vehicles stated in Subclause 2) Clause 2 to the Rules
- Electronic copy of the charter
- Copies of documents confirming the formation of the authorized capital in the required amount (the availability of funds in the accounts of a legal entity, documents for movable and immovable property with the attachment of independent assessment certificates, a copy of the balance sheet signed by the first head and chief accountant, if any, and others)
- Electronic copy of information on founders (participants) in the form according to Appendix 2 to the Rules, information on the head of the executive body in the form according to Appendix 3 to the Rules and information on the employee in the form according to Appendix 4 to the Rules
- Application in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Rules for issuing a license to legal entities whose exclusive activity is the collection of banknotes, coins and valuables, approved by Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 8, 2019 No. 176 (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), if necessary, with a note on carrying out activities on recalculation, sorting, packing, storage of banknotes, coins and valuables, as well as their issuance to banks and their clients on behalf of banks
