For license issuance – 3000 MCI;
For license re-issuance – 10 % from the rate of license issuance.
The amount of payments should not exceed 10% of the amount required for payment (for amounts up to 1000 tenge, the allowable overpayment is 100 tenge)

License issuance - 10 working days;
License re-issuance - 3 working days.

When paying the license fee, please note that in case of a reasoned refusal of the authorized body to issue a license after reviewing the application, the AMOUNT PAID is NOT SUBJECT to REFUND (paragraph 3 of Article 101 of the Tax Code)

- Copies of accounting (accounting) documents the adoption of technological equipment to the balance of organization
- The copy of calculation of production capacity, made by the applicant, with application of copies of the passports of the equipment containing operational technical characteristics of the equipment allowing to develop the necessary volume of ethyl alcohol
- Form of data to qualification requirements, for production of ethyl alcohol products in electronic form(Data form)
- Application in the form of electronic document certified by e-digital signature of service receiver (formed electronically)(Data form)
- Production passport electronic copy developed and completed by ethyl alcohol producer
- Information confirming payment for the provision of public service through the payment gateway of "e-government"(Data form)
