- Еlectronic copies of materials published in the mass media of the local and/or republican level (at least 3 publications) on the activities of the amateur art collective in electronic format (necessarily , job specifications )
- Аn application for the assignment of the title "National" or "Exemplary" to an amateur art collective from the head of the amateur art collective in the form of an electronic document in accordance with Annex 2 to these Rules, certified by the service recipient's EDS (necessarily , job specifications )(Data form)
