- An electronic copy of the diploma of higher technical education (necessarily , job specifications )
- An electronic copy of the certificate of completion of courses in the field of energy conservation and energy efficiency in the direction of energy audit (necessarily , job specifications )
- An electronic copy of the document confirming the work activity of the candidate and having a total technical experience of not less than 5 (five) years, of which not less than 1 (one) year in the energy audit organization (necessarily , job specifications )
- An electronic copy of the protocol for checking knowledge of norms and rules of operation in electrical installations of tolerance group III and above (necessarily , job specifications )
- Application in the form of an electronic document certified by the service recipient 's EDS, according to Annex 1 of the Regulations (necessarily , job specifications )(Data form)
