- The measuring certificate (notarized) (necessarily )
- Payment of concul fee (necessarily )
- A document issued by the authorities of the state of previous registration of the vessel (if any took place before the date of application), certifying that the vessel is excluded from the register of vessels of that state and is not encumbered with a mortgage (necessarily )
- Classification certificate (necessarily )
- Document certifying authorities to act on behalf of legal entity (necessarily )
- Passenger certificate (for passenger vessels) (necessarily )
- Copies of the constituent documents of the service recipient certified in accordance with the established procedure (the original is presented for verification) (necessarily )
- Information confirming payment for the provision of public service through the payment gateway of "e-government" (necessarily )(Data form)
