- Hunter ID (for purchasing the gun aimed to hunting) (optional , job specifications )
- An electronic copy of the certificate of passing the knowledge of the rules of safe handling of weapons (necessarily , job specifications )
- Request in the form of electronic document certified by EDS of the service receiver (necessarily , job specifications )(Data form)
- Electronic copy of medical assessment about the absence of counterindications to own the weapons indicated by authorized body in the sphere of health protection, servicemen of the armed forces, other troops and military formations, employees of special state and law-enforcement bodies having special titles for registration the civil weapons (receiving a permission for keeping or keeping and bearing) medical assessment about the absence of counterindications to own the weapons is not required (optional , job specifications )
- Electronic copy of the contract for the storage of weapons at centralized storage points, in case of absence of conditions for the storage of weapons at the actual place of residence (optional , job specifications )
- An electronic copy of the medical report on the absence of contraindications to the possession of weapons established by the authorized body in the field of health, in form No. 076/y, approved by order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020 №ҚR DSM-175/2020 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 21579). Military personnel of the Armed Forces, other troops and military formations, employees of special state and law enforcement agencies, with the exception of state fire service bodies with special ranks and class ranks (when providing a document with a certified seal and signature of an authorized person from the place of service), they receive permission to purchase civilian weapons without submitting a medical report on the absence of contraindications to possession of weapons (optional )
- An electronic copy of information on the available and required number of weapons and their cartridges, taking into account the norms for the content of sports weapons in sports federations or organizations, in which an athlete who acquires sports weapons consists, in form according to annex 3 to Order No. 602 (when purchasing weapons for small arms sports) (optional )
- Electronic copy of the application of republican and regional accredited sports federations for sports (when purchasing weapons for sports) (optional )
- Electronic copy of the certificate of registration of the athlete with indication of the category not lower than the candidate for master of sports related to shooting, according to the form according to annex 2 approved by order of the Chairman of the Agency for Sports and Physical Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 28, 2014 No. 295 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 9673) confirming the athlete's registration with the republican, regional accredited sports federation in sports and confirming the status of a citizen regularly engaged in sports shooting (when purchasing weapons for sports) (optional )
